4. Pre-Loved Products

Pre-loved products are previously owned items.

Pre-loved items may have minor signs of previous ownership that are consistent with the condition disclosed in the listing.

By purchasing a pre-loved item, you acknowledge that it is not being represented as brand new unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

5. Product Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities.

Some products may be one-of-a-kind, rare, retired or otherwise difficult to replace.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency indicated at checkout or on the applicable product listing.

10. Final Sale & No Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Jelly Dreams does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

11. Damaged, Incorrect or Misrepresented Orders

12. Pre-Orders

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer.
